Terms and Conditions of submitting a story

Registration for an author account is free, but you must agree to the following terms.

By registering for an account on this web site you acknowledge that you are over the age of consent in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. By clicking the button below you are accepting the following conditions:

1. You are voluntarily choosing to register your details on this site, because you want to contribute a story to the archive.
2. By registering on this web site, you agree that you shall not hold the owners of this web site responsible for any materials located on the site.
3. You agree not to submit any material for which you do not own the copyright. If you do submit copyrighted material without the permission of the owner, the submission will be removed from your account. We reserve the right to ban repeated offenders.
4. You agree that any story submission will not include any characters under the age of 18.
5. The story must be well written, using the correct grammar and spell checked. Submissions with poor grammar and spelling, or submissions that are difficult to read will be rejected.
6. No submissions may contain HTML formatting, such as emphasizing, headings or URL's, these will be stripped out during the moderation.
7. The submission should be broken down into reasonably sized paragraphs as excessively long paragraphs are hard to read.
8. The moderators of this web site reserve the right to remove any submissions or registered users from the site at anytime, without prior notice.
9. By registering on this web site, you agree to abide by all of these terms.
